SUNDAY SERVICES

We’re not meeting at Saxon Hall this week. Instead, we’re out and about inviting our communities to our Christmas festivities.

10.30am

@ Saxon Hall
Raunds, NN9 6LT

Everyone is welcome

Our Sunday services are an open invitation to everyone.

We intentionally make our services super relaxed – there’s no need to wear your Sunday best or make sure the kids stay silent. Come and enjoy. Come and be.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTENDING

To help make our Sundays a safe and welcoming place for everyone, including those most vulnerable to Covid-19, we are making face masks mandatory throughout our Sunday services in line with government legislation.

Those under 11 and exempted are not required to wear face masks. We also serve drinks and snacks before the service, at which point you don’t need to wear a mask.

Above all, we are asking people to be sensible and considerate toward the most vulnerable. Please consider making use of free lateral flow tests, and be willing to skip a week if you are aware of having any symptoms of Covid, and seek a PCR test.

We are reviewing our services and events in the wake of the Omicron variant and government advice. Please check back.

WHAT HAPPENS AT A SUNDAY SERVICE?

No two Sunday Services are the same, but here’s the general order over events!

Coffees & Pastries

Join us from 10.15am for a free hot drink and pastry and say hello to some folks. The Saxon Hall has a children’s play area in front of the building for the younger kids too!

Worship

At 10.30am we kick off with a time of sung worship. We do all our songs in one block because we want to create space for everyone to just get with God! Feel free just to sit and take it in if you’re unsure.

Kids & Youth

We provide kids and youth ministry after worship for 3-18 year olds. They will do a range of age-appropriate activities, lead by our brilliant teams. You’ll have to register your children in – we take safeguarding and child protection seriously.

Talk

Someone will then give a talk based on the Bible, which is normally 25-30 mins, and this will be followed by a time for prayer and space just to meet with God.
