Pastoral Care
Our Communities are the heart of pastoral care at Nene Valley Vineyard – places where we pray, grow and support one another as we follow Jesus together. We’d love everyone to find belonging and support in a Community.
But we also know that this isn’t always possible and that life can sometimes become especially difficult.
To serve our church family well, we have a Pastoral Care Team. This team offers focused support for those who are unwell, isolated, or walking through challenging circumstances – providing prayer, presence and practical help when extra care is needed.
All conversations are treated with care and confidentiality (unless a safeguarding concern means we need to ensure someone’s safety).
