Nene Valley Vineyard is a vibrant, thriving church that is growing in diversity, size, and community engagement. We meet in the town of Raunds but are made up of people from across East Northants.
We were commissioned as a Vineyard church in September 2021, following the merger of Raunds Community Church (previously part of the Pioneer network of churches) and Central Vineyard Raunds. Since then we have grown to be a group of about 150 adults, with lots of children and young people around (we often get 25 children on a Sunday, and 20–25 youth too, aside from midweek activities).
As a Vineyard church we are passionate about seeing God’s Kingdom come everywhere in every way. We want to be a people who see the cost of following Jesus and go anyway, knowing that Jesus paid more for us than we ever could for him.
In October 2023 we moved to Manor School on Sundays to allow for more growth, especially amongst our under-18s, a venue where we are now regularly pressed for room.
Our long-term vision is to plant communities of Jesus-following, Bible-doing, Spirit-filled people into local towns and villages around the Nene Valley as the Lord leads, particularly where churches are closing. In particular, we have a vision for the end of 2027 (find out more), including multiplying twice in that time.
We are passionate about equipping people to do the things God is asking and calling them to do, and want to invest in emerging generations intentionally for the benefit of the local community and whole church.

Youth Pastor
We are looking for a passionate, engaging individual to take our established youth work forward both inside and outside the walls of our church.
The role focuses on both discipleship and outreach – discipling our own young people into a living walk with Jesus, whilst also supporting local schools by delivering lessons, or running youth drop-in sessions.
You will form a key part of our emerging staff team, and play a vital role in the development of our church, particularly championing those in the secondary school age bracket. And we will seek to invest in you personally, spiritually and professionally.
- 16hrs/wk (inc. 4 on Sundays)

Kids Co-ordinator
We are looking an enthusiastic Kids Co-ordinator to resource our Kids Ministry and related events. We’re looking for someone who cares about creating engaging, meaningful content for kids and families to help with their discipleship, with a passion to empower a team of volunteers.
You will form a key part of our emerging staff team, and play a vital role in the development of our church, particularly championing those aged 3-11 and their families.
